I’m a 56 year old man with a physical job who plays a lot of tennis at competitive level. Before I started practicing yoga with Holly, putting on my socks in the morning was sometimes a lot like hard work, after work and after tennis lying on the floor and hoping for the best was the preferred recovery option.
Two years later and everything I do is different. I’m better at my job, I’m a better tennis player, I sleep the sleep of the good and I can bounce around lecturing my friends on how they really need to practice yoga.
I cannot begin to explain how much of a difference it has made to everyday life.
"Holly, you have totally sold me on Yoga. I loved the opportunities to try out the different types of yoga. You have such a lovely calm and clear manor. You made each class a joy. I am now a centred yogi.” -
"Holly.. Thank you for this evenings class, it was perfect for me! Having had my baby a year ago I was really in need of something restorative. All the sleepless nights etc have been catching up on me and my body has been feeling quite depleted and run down. The gentle candlelit yoga is the perfect tonic and has allowed some time out for me to nurse myself. Your words in the class always connect with how I am feeling (not sure how you do that) and having tried different yoga classes in the past I really feel I have found the right one for me. Thanks again, Bella."

"Holly Cooper Yoga is fantastic and I would recommend it to anyone. The attention to each individual is especially great. The classes by candlelight are my favourite, followed by TRX yoga. Thanks for the renewing energy you provide through your classes in the wonderful space of Studio iO."
"Wow! What a lovely experience candlelit yoga was with Holly. She is an experienced, intuitive and informative teacher, with a relaxed and inclusive style. All levels are welcome and Holly makes sure she helps you get it right by gently adjusting you to help you get the most out of your session. With alternatives being given for everyone's bendyness.
The location is perfect, the large white space with sky lights is modern, clean and unclutered, perfect for relaxing when trying to unclutter your mind. The light above is amazing and the gentle music she plays adds to the calm atmosphere. It is a perfect space for only six yogini's - making it feel very special and not over crowded.
It is tucked away in the heart of Brighton, with charming pebble fronted cottages to the side, secretly down a quiet side street just behind London Road, yet it is an oasis of calm, worth finding.
There are even super squishy yoga mats from Sweaty Betty prvided and laid out, with straps and blocks too and at the end cosy blankets are available. Cubby holes for shoes and bags and a modern and stylish toilet with White Company hand wash and hand cream. The space has been renovated to provide a perfect haven for all classes and has everything is there that you need.
This was a lovely yoga session - I only wished I lived closer and could come more often."
Thank you x
